colors to be thankful for

The light is changing as we move toward winter. We noticed the evening light cast shadows in the kitchen making eerie pictures on the wall.

Now's the time for the softest orange in the Lowcountry sunsets.

Winter white peonies that smell like a garden in England. My favorite.

Finally finding that perfect grey, only to begin the search for the perfect holiday red.


That steely blue in the Blue Ridge mountains.

My favorite fall color by far is the spark of burnt orange in the marsh that glistens in the sun.
